This year in 2015 it is expected that government will invite applications for over millions of posts and vacancies across the board and sectors. State and Central Government Jobs vacancies have started attracting youth as never before. The youth of the country acknowledges that getting government jobs is matter of pride and privilege. The respect and benefits of the government jobs attract huge number of applications every year. Furthermore, hiring for govt jobs in Punjab have been initiated; Punjab and Haryana High Court has invited applications and Punjab National Bank has also notified the application. Furthermore, Punjab Public Service commission has initiated the hiring process. Openings of Central Government Jobs have also commenced: Coal India Limited, one of the Maharatna, has released the notification.

The budget has brought various new measures and policies that would directly or indirectly affect the future job market and various State and Central Government Jobs recruitments. The certain measures are taken to cater to the talent crunch issues faced by the country. In order to fill the gap between the demand and supply of skills and proficiency, the budget has proposed methods to enhance and improve the skills of students.Thus, in near future good grades alone would not be enough to grab a government job.
